Refund Policy
If a booking is made and subsequently cancelled up to half an hour prior to pick up time, a full refund will be issued. If a booking is cancelled less than half an hour before collection time or Gatwick Couriers arrive at the collection point and the job is subsequently cancelled; a cancellation fee will be charged. If a delivery is in progress and subsequently recalled before the destination is reached then a mileage rate plus a cancellation fee will be charged and a refund for the difference will be issued.
